How do I book an airport transfer?
You have multiple ways of booking an airport transfer:
- You can ring 01743292628 and one of our office staff can assist you with quotes and bookings.
- You can book by using a mobile app. Click here to download the mobile app
- You can book by going on the instant booking page, on our website, where you can book and pay automatically.
- You can also go to the Quotation Request page, fill in your details and one of our office staff will e-mail you back with an quote.
- You can also email us at info@classtravel.co.uk for quotes and bookings.
How early should I book my trip?
You can book your trip up to a year in advance.
Can I amend my airport pick-up time?
Yes, you can amend your airport pick-up time. We recommend you give us as much notice as possible to ensure that our driver has not set off towards the airport, so you don’t incur any additional charges. If your flight has been canceled we will require you new flight number to ensure that our drivers can track your flight accordingly and get to the airport on time.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes, you can cancel your booking. Please give us as much notice as possible and read our T&C‘s regarding cancellation fees.
Do I need to change my pick-up time if my flight is delayed?
No need to worry is your flight is delayed. Our drivers monitor your flight before they set off for the airport. If your flight has a big delay and you don’t know when it will take off, please get in touch with the office or your driver and keep us updated, as for long delays we might need to allocate a new driver for your journey.
Where will I meet the driver?
When getting picked up from the airport we recommend getting in touch with your driver after you have gone past security, so they can direct you to where they will meet you. Once you have picked up your suitcases, the driver will then come into the airport car park and meet you in the discussed location.
Can the driver wait for me at the airport with a sign?
This would be our ‘Meet and Greet’ service, which is an additional charge to your airport transfer price. If you decide to pay for the additional charge for this service, we will guarantee a driver to be in the airport arrivals area holding a sign with your name on it. Please read our T&C’s for further information about this service.
